| With the reopening of the County buildings on Monday, May 9, 2021 and the continued expansion of e-Services through the Clerk of Courts office, we will be suspending the acceptance of pleadings submitted via email effective Monday, May 24, 2021 at 8AM for the Common Pleas Court General Division. Domestic Relations Court filings may continue to be submitted via email at this time. Pleadings will only be accepted via e-Filing, at the counter, and through regular mail. The case types that can currently be submitted via e-Filing are Criminal and Foreclosure. All Foreclosure cases must be submitted via the portal on the Clerk of Courts website. They will not be accepted through any other means. All other case types must be filed either in person or through regular mail. |
