REGISTRATION
*You must create an account in order to e-file*
- Click the Attorney or Non-Attorney registration button.
- Complete the registration form.
- You will receive a request for confirmation via email.
- If your request is granted, you will be notified via email.

eFILING
NEW FILING>
- After registering for an e-filing account, click Start and Login.
- Click the eFile tab and select Create New Case Request.
- Add Attorney Bar Number if filing as an attorney.
- Fill out all required information, as well as the Address for each party.
- Check which party you are filing On Behalf Of.
- Add an Affiliation/Alias or additional Party as needed.
- After selecting your Document Type, upload the necessary Document(s).
- Add additional Documents as needed.
- Continue with Filing, Add to Cart, Submit Filings and Pay Now.
SUBSEQUENT FILING >
- Click Start and Login.
- Click on the eFile tab.
- Enter your case number in the box to the right of the Create Subsequent Filing button, then click Create Subsequent Filing.
- Add Attorney Bar Number if filing as an attorney.
- Choose the party you are filing On Behalf Of.
- After selecting your Document Type, upload the necessary Document(s).
- Add an additional Document as needed.
- Continue and Submit Filings, or Add To Cart and Pay Now if there is a charge.
FILING UNDER SEAL >
- Authorization must be given by the court prior to filing under seal.
- Once given authorization, choose File Under Seal as your document type when filing.

ePAY

*ePay is not available for Judgment Liens at this time*
*Convenience fees are non-refundable*
- Click Start and Agree to the disclaimer.
- Click on the Search tab and search for your case.
- Click the ePay button next to your case and complete the payment.
