Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program

Lake County currently offers a comprehensive year round program for out of school, at-risk youth between the ages of 16-24. Eligible participants will undergo a thorough basic skills and comprehensive assessment in order to outline specific services necessary to help overcome barriers and achieve goals.

Case Managers from Catholic Charities, OhioGuidestone, Goodwill Industries, and Lifeline Inc. are waiting to assist you with your needs. Your assigned provider will take a client centered, one-on-one, approach to help you build a path to success, despite your challenges. By creating an individualized plan for each youth, it creates a greater opportunity for success and self-sufficiency.

We also offer a technology-rich career center with the opportunity to register with Ohio Means Jobs-Lake County to start a professional job search, along with an array of federally funded services ranging from self-service to intensive assistance.

  • Job Search Development and Job Readiness Skills

  • Verification of disability, involvement with mental health services, IEP’S, or 504 Plans
