Delinquent Payment Plan Details:
- reside in a primary or manufactured home
- have outstanding property tax debts
- can stay current while repaying overdue taxes
- 2-year plan (extensions possible upon Treasurer’s discretion)
- commercial, industrial, and non-owner occupied properties may qualify at Treasurer’s discretion
