We are excited to announce our transition to a new billing software program, effective June 24^th, 2024! We appreciate your continued patience during and after the transition, and we look forward to providing you with exceptional service that you deserve and have come to expect from the Lake County Department of Utilities. Below are changes that you can expect:

Your billing statement will have a new look. Please refer to the backside of the billing statement for payment options.
If you were receiving separate bills for water and sanitary sewer service at one service location, the sanitary sewer service(s) will be added to your water account/bill. You will no longer have a separate account number for sanitary sewer service.
Online account access will be available to view billing statements, account status, and to make a payment. Visit www.lakecountyohio.gov/utilities and select Online Account Access.
The Point & Pay phone and online payment option will no longer be available as of June 4^th, 2024. Starting on June 24^th, 2024, phone and online payments can be made.
Phone Payment: Dial 1-833-547-7039 to pay over the phone using a credit card, debit card, or electronic check; fees apply. You must provide the bill year and bill number from your billing statement. This option is available 24/7.
Online Bill Pay: Visit www.lakecountyohio.gov/utilities and select Online Account Access. You must provide the bill year and bill number from your billing statement to create an online account or to make a payment via guest pay; fees apply.
For the period of June 4^th through June 23^rd, payment options are as follows:

- Online Banking
